Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Vacancy

Our client in the Sultanate of Oman is in search of a qualified and committed candidate for Cheif Nursing Officer (CNO) to join their multi-specialty Hospital in the capital city of Muscat.

Estimated Salary Package – OMR 1500 to OMR 2000 / month

Additional Benefits – 30 Days annual leave / Medical Benefits / Yearly ticket + Other benefits as per Oman Labor Law

Requirements –

• Minimum of 15 to 18 years of expertise in the field (including JCI certified Hospitals)
• Candidates with experience in the Gulf are preferred
• Bachelors degree in Nursing completed
• Master’s degree preferred
• OMSB PROMETRIC PASSED or willing to appear soon

Additional skills expected –

• Broad general knowledge of principles of nursing care, as well as a willingness to mentor and support clinical nursing staff.
• Ability to apply sound principles of administration and supervision.
• Good problem-solving capabilities
• Above-average interpersonal, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills
